Lesley-Ann was born in Cape Town in South Africa on 2 December 1981. She is a model and actress best known as a TV actress and in films. Before her rise to the spotlight as a model, she was employed in sales at retail as well as working as an expert in recruitment for information technology. She was Leilani who was a native of New Zealand in the comedy Diplomatic Immunity in 2009. In 2021, she had her debut appearance on Spartacus Blood and Sand on Starz. She played a slave girl, Naevia. In addition, she been playing the role of Naevia since the prequel miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker starred alongside her in three television shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In the year 2016, Mazikeen was cast as the bounty hunter for Netflix's cult show Lucifer. The role is her most prominent to date. The show co-stars her together with Tom Ellis Lauren Germany Kevin Alejandro as well as D. B. Woodside.
